Ramp is 5 bucks and no courtesy dock but even though it looks sketchy it is just fine! Just take it slow

The Twin Coves ramp is now open gain. I saw a guy launch a medium size boat last sunday. There is a courtesy dock. The eto Twin Coves does not open up until 7am and its $5 to get in.

I launched at Lakeview North on Friday. Better have your backing skills sharp, ramp is long and skinny. Concrete ends about the water line but the bottom seems to be pretty good rock for a ways out. Courtesy dock is out of the water. I didn't have any problem getting in or out.
I talked to Grapevine Parks dept. a few weeks ago. They said if the level gets much lower they may have to close it LV also.
I saw the ramp at Twin Coves, it looks really nice. The courtesy dock is actually in the water. Two lanes, concrete goes into the water but I couldn't tell how far out it goes, or what the bottom is like if the concrete ends. I didn't see any trailers in the lot so I wasn't sure if it was open or not. Glad to hear it is open.
I sure hope Grapevine is using the low levels to extend some of the other ramps.
