Is anyone catching any keepers at Granbury from the bank?

hmmm Well, I guess that would be a no..... With the low lake level that isn't surprising. It's not easy to get to many decent bank fishing areas on Granbury or at least I haven't found many. Given that and the fact that a lot of folks are pretty tight lipped about their fishing spots, it may be hard to find some slabs in Granbury. If and when I find 'em I'll give yall a report. fish Fish On!!

I just got a report that some keepers are being caught at the boat houses near "The Dock" by the HWY 377 bridge. Glad to hear that since a few people were worried that the Golden Algae bloom had killed off a lot of the fish population in Granbury a few years ago. The only down side to the boat houses is that you need to be a member in order to fish there, that has a cost of $120 per month. hmmm That's a little out of my budget for now. Still looking for a spot!! fish Fish On!!!

I looked into getting a dock there just for a couple months during the Winter, but you have to do a year lease. I was catching 30-40 a day out there last Feb. Colder the better. Im tryin to find someone that will let me fish their slip.

Thy will be done
