I like Denali spinning rods for drop shot and shakey head and I use the MH actions for both and they work great. Here is a link to their site... Denali Rods Check out the Koverts and Rosewoods.

I use a 7ft TFO MH and love the sensitivity, only $99. I hope you find one you like.

Looking to purchase spinning rod under $200 for shakyhead and drop shots Will appreciate all suggestions Look into the 6'10" ML Elite Tech rod from Fenwick. These rods are lightweight and very sensitive. With the new TAC handle it makes it very comfortable for all day fishing. I use these rods and have a lot of confidence in them.

I use a Falcon Cara Micro MH medium fast 7'0". Super sensitive and has some balls to pull in the bigger fish. It has a Fuji reel seat and 12 Fuji micro guides. It's built using Fuji "concept" spacing for the guides to maximize sensitivity, keep the line close to the blank without touching the blank to resist blank twist under pressure, and to shed line "slap"'during casts to increase distance.
You can't go wrong with them. Just be careful of the guides and don't whack it into things because the inserts can pop out if you are a "bull in a china closet" kinda fisherman.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

Shimano Compre 6'8" "worm and jig" spinning rod for $100. Have used mine every time out for 2+ years. IM 9 graphite, very sensitive and light, foam split handle. If you go to BPS or Cabelas you can hold it and see if it feels right to you.
In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

Most sensitive rods I've used They off other models as well. Pick your favorite.
