First post....howdy howdy...Bought my first boat back in may...decided to check the hub bearings....caps are full of grease..and water...how do you know if they're good to go?

Water is probably a bad sign. I'd disassemble the hubs and clean, inspect and/or replace everything that needs help before towing it anywhere. It's better to be safe than stranded on the side of the road.
