Smoked for 40 years and switched to E-cig in February of this year.

Stopping is the hardest thing I have ever tried to do. I have quit a few times for short periods of time but always went back. I bought an ecig last March and have smoked less than 10 cigs since. I am far from quit but have gone from 20 mg nicotine to 4 mg nicotine now. I have a feeling this is going to take a while. I smoked for over 50 years and have had many family members pass from cancer.

Voted NO! Both father and mother smoked and both deceased from cancer due to smoking. I guess growing up in that smoky atmosphere made me hate the smell of cigarette smoke and later I found that I was allergic to it. Ended up keeping me out of bars and dance halls. If I choose to put myself into a smoky situation I knew the next day I would be sick as if I had the flu.
