First Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. My question is this, I've had some recent back problems that have kept my boat (2004 Yam HPDI 225) in the garage sense June of this year. I knew it was going to be some time before I was able to get out again so in August I drained both tanks as dry as I could get them, and drained the water separator filter and the float tank where the electric fuel pump is. I always use ring free and Stabil in every tank but didn't trust it for long term storage. Back is getting better now and spring isn't far off, what should I do to bring her back to life. Batteries are on a float charge and I keep the water checked so I'm not concerned there. Thanks...

What you have done sounds good.

put a can of seafoam in about 5 gals of gas and go start it and idle for about 20 mins, shut off and let sit overnight then go run most of the rest out.

this should get rid of any varnish that may have happened, you did right in storing it but still could have a little varnish in the carbs.
