Where can I get my reels serviced in dfw area other than Southwestern Parts? Thanks

I get mine serviced at Lake Fork Tackle Repair. It is not in DFW, but they are certified Shimano reps. Tommy and Connie are great people, as well. Hope this helps.

I think you can drop them at Anglers Pro Tackle and someone picks them up from there, I service my own so I've never used the service.

Shawn aka the tacklesmith will take care of you. You can drop them off at Anglers Pro Tackle and he will do them for you.

Send um back to Shimano. They come back like new and cost only about $28-30

Besides reel cleaning and parts replacement Rt has been rebuilding my old Shimano crucials. All new guides after 20 years makes for a like new rod at 1/4 the cost of a new one. He has done 4 or 5 so far.

Thing with south west parts is that it take like 2 weeks and cost 25 for them to work om your reel my services are same day back in the mail at 15 each plus parts.

Shawn is great. You can also drop off at his work on 360 in Grand Prairie.
