 Texoma spillway schedule?

Is there a guide that tells when the dam spill way is operating?
I scheduled a vacation here a few years ago to do some fishing at the dam only to find out that when
the gates are shut down everything is shut down.
I hate to plan a trip only to find no running water to fish in.
