All I used to buy was white boats, after getting a black & silver I won't go back so much easier to keep clean.
I don't fish when it gets hot other than first thing in the morning. Never understood a black steering wheel they get hot.

Yeah this. Big time. I looked around for a long time and went with a white boat. Plus during the hot summer it gives me the mental illusion that its not going to be as hot in the heat lol.

My last was white with burgundy seats and gray carpet. I now have the one pictured below with both light and dark colors and black edges on the seats and a darker gray carpet, the darker seater on both haven't bothered me. As said earlier it's hot down here in Texas in July and August no matter the color. My thinking is as long as you like it and keep it clean and shined its perfect. I do enjoy getting the that a good looking colors on the bug comments.

Mines black and sand.

Hot is hot and as long as your seats aren't dark it shouldn't be a problem.

I hate how hard it is to keep my white boat clean. When it's cleaned up, it's beautiful, but drag it to the lake and it will be dirty. It drives me nuts.

good morning,

when I order my new boat last year(2014), Charger 181,I wanted a neutral color.....easy to clean and looks good.....

here's mine at the factory, black bottom, hamby, merc 150, 4 st....

runs and rides great....60 gps....

joe at the factory was surprised at how great it looked in the sun...doesn't get to hot for me

good luck,

I have had either white or silver top caps and black bottoms on my boats. Next will be white top and black bottom also.

My Dad has Hank Cherry's 2013 Skeeter, it has a white hull. White definitely hides scratches better.
