Looking for any information concerning kayaking the Devils. Mainly wondering about getting dropped off and picked up 4-5 days later and getting back to our truck. How does that work? Is there somewhere in particular you can park and do all this? Or is there someone we need to call and such. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

There is an outfitter that will bring your vehicle to the rough canyon marina for the full trip or just pick you up and take you back to their parking for the half trip. They also have a place to stay for a fee that includes breakfast for the night before launching. There is no in between, the woke trip from Bakers crossing until rough canyon marina or halfway, that's it.
It's brutal but worth the money and work.

I think a good trip to do now would be from bakers crossing to the second new SNA. I've done bakers to blue sage and it was a great trip. The paddle within a several miles of rough canyon can be brutal from what I have read.

whatever you do make sure you start at bakers. if you start at the SNA you will miss the best parts if the river IMO. Best trip is bakers to Gerald's house.
