how can i catch fish there. Also what bait and set up should I use.

I have never fished there. However if you are fishing for sunfish keep it simple. Get you some size six hooks,six pound test line, and some size five shot. Use Night Crawlers and fish em off of the bottom. During this time of year try fishing in water 10 to 12 feet deep. If you are fishing at a shallow community pond try finding the deeper spots on the pond. Hope this helps you out some. Good luck.
