 Thinking about crappie on Sunday

Ive tried Benbrook a few times and must say Ive given up on that lake. So I was thinking about bank fishing either the trinity river or 10 mile bridge for crappie. Any thoughts on either would be appreciated. i did catch a 15 incher in the river with a plastic 6 inch crawfish the other day and saw a few live crawfish in the area. Didnt realize those buggers are still out there.

I'm gonna try some creeks off joe pool tomorrow and Sunday myself. Haven't tried benbrook lately. Taking the kayak!!

careful on the Trinity river fish
check the TPW website ...
the area i fish is in a consumption ban location from what i can tell
