Guys-
Fishhound is one of our advertisers. They want to send y'all some free tackle and all they are asking in return is that you come back and post when you receive it. If you want to go the extra mile, they would love to get some feedback on the tackle or images/video of you catching a fish posted on this thread.
The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

I'll be interested to see what you guys get. I received a bag of about 5 beaver baits. When I first joined Fishhound, it appeared to be a simpler system and a pretty good deal. Now you earn experience points which gives you a credit to use or you buy a membership or points to get credits to buy stuff. The buying credits is pretty simple since it's $1:$1. To give you an idea of what experience points are worth, I have 1000, and they are worth $0.50. Don't get me wrong, there are some good deals to be had there. I picked up a Halo and Castaway rod at a good price, but at the end of the day if it becomes too much of a hassle, it's just easier to go to Tacklewarehouse.com or some place and pay the price and move on. I think it was the Halo rod that drop shipped from Halo and took forever to arrive. Just my . Your mileage may vary. Maybe I got in on the early side during the build phase, and it wasn't profitable so they had to change things. Which I totally understand.... Fishhound, not trying to slam you by any means. Just sharing my opinion and experience from the consumer side.
