Does anyone know the latest fees for mexican fishing licenses on amistad?...are there other permits needed, as well?...thanks

fishing permit 52.00 boat permit 42.50 you need your boat registation card to get the boat permit.

Make sure you have your Amistad lake permit also, the park rangers are out looking for the permits at the ramps.

error on my last post. mexican permit: $32.55 BOAT/ $42.70 FISHING PERMIT/ NATIONAL PARK SERVICE "LAKE USE PERMIT" $4.00 a day/ $40.00 annual.

Does anyone know if a child needs a mexican fishing license? Boy is 9 and we are going to the Mexican side next week.

Everyone in the boat needs a mexican fishing lic. even if they are not fishing. If only one person in the boat is fishing all people in the boat must have the mexican fishing lic.!!!!! You sure do not want to loose a 50,000 boat because of a 45.00 fishing lic.!!!!!

the good thing is that it exoires the same day next year when you buy it not like in the u.s. that every one's expires the same day regardless when you bought it. buy it is well worth the money you can fish all of mexico with that not just amistad.
