McDonald's to Berkley-why the difference in overs?

33 at McDonald's and 3 at Berkley (I think that's right).
Why such a huge difference? Number of anglers? Restrictions on using only Berkley baits? Lake turning over? All of the above? Or do Fork bass simply prefer a Big Mac to a Power Worm?
I was really shocked at the drastic difference in the number of overs weighed in. Please enlighten me.

I'm sure it has a lot to do with the weather but you could probably make a case for bait selection. It sure doesn't make Berkley look good.

Baits did not impact those numbers. Somethings that did are
900 anglers vs ~4500 i forget the exact number
2 days vs. 3 day tournament.
If I did the math right you would expect 4.4 overs for Berkley just based on time and number of people on the water.
