Huck...... Beautiful ride.
And to the Champion comment...... My brother sold his Champion last year and had people coming from all over the country to drive and make offers on it.
It was a great boat but I can't say I fully comprehend the cult following.

A lot of people discount Allison's as being fast and nothing else. With the intro of their more conventional interior designs they really are an economic option for people that fish a lot. They will out perform all comparable boats in top speed and get almost double the fuel mileage of a conventional bassboat. For people that fish a lot, the savings are huge and the boat cost about the same as a comparable bassboat. Just a quick comparison of an Allison with a 200hp and a Nitro Z-9 with a 250hp. NitroZ9 at 50 mph (4500rpm) got 3.6 MPGs Allison @ 50.1mph (4500 rpm) got 6.4 MPGs ALLISONS TOP fuel savings was nearly at 40mph got 7.4 MPGS! Nitro Z9 ran 65.3 mph (5500rpm) got 3.3 MPGs Allison ran 69.1 mph (5500 rpm) got 5.3 MPGs The fastest the Nitro ran was 68.7 WIDE OPEN fuel got worse The Allison ran 82.1 WIDE OPEN still got 4.1 MPGs enough said.

I don't want to ride in that Allison, I want to drive it. And the Bullet, that baby is sexy.

It is interesting to note that a boat no longer made, Champion, is the 4th highest is boat ownership. Never owned one but apparently the Champion guys really like their boats and are not interested in getting rid of them. Not going to be getting rid of mine any time soon...New Merc and seats....RockandRoll...

Everyone seems to notice the brand they own more than others, thankfully out here in west texas I don't see many cats. But my trip to fork last summer there were more cats than anything else on the water for those two days.

The boat company you missed was the first to build an all composite bass boat and has been around for well over 50 years Composite materials (also called composition materials or shortened to composites) are materials made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties, that when combined, produce a material with characteristics different from the individual components. The individual components remain separate and distinct within the finished structure. The new material may be preferred for many reasons: common examples include materials which are stronger, lighter or less expensive when compared to traditional materials Pretty much all boats are composite. Just like like all foods are organic foods. Another term that people just throw around to sell a product. Maybe this would have been a better choice of words than "all composite" Allison created the industrys first and only welded and laminated Alloy grid transom. Allison was FIRST to eliminate transom rot. Metal transom reinforcement with no wood structure was perfected at Allison in the early eighties

Doesn't seem to fishable.but maybe it weird angle I think you're showing your age, not your intelligence...... Doesn't really make sense? Fishability is a matter of opinion and in my opinion it seems to be less fishable than other boats I have been in. Like stated above could just be angle of pic. I have never been in one. Man it's funny how you are getting bent out of shape about a boat that's not even yours. Like I said, you're showing your age......I've seen your posts too many times to explain the latter. I'm not bent outta shape; but if so, that's my prerogative. You're in left field here, do you play baseball?

Lot's of folks have never seen one much less fished from one. At least there are a couple of lists that no other boat but Allison can make. J-2.....post a pic of that rocket you have. I get to go out in this rocket tomorrow, can't wait!
