Been looking at the Prowler Big Game II. I was wanting some opinions on it.

In my opinion it's a great kayak, and one I seriously considered before I bought my last kayak, but a lot depends on the individual, your needs, and your style of fishing.
It's best to demo one and that will help you decide what's right for you!

Just one more cast!

I took one out on a saltwater trip (Lighthouse Lakes).
With its extra width, its a pretty stable boat. Easy to stand in.
But it is a bit slower for that...

My only complaint is sitting side-saddle on it. The sides
had attachments that would dig into my thighs and start hurting after
some time.

I figured I'd get better at standing in a thinner boat over time, so
I'm not putting that much value on the stability. So it's not the boat
for me.

just my 2 cents. You should still go demo one at least

Thought I would answer these questions, and maybe get some more suggestions on kayaks to demo. I have not found that many with a weight capacity to hold myself, and gear.

1. What is your height n weight? 6'3", 300lbs
2. What do you normally fish for & where? Bass, Lakes like Alan Henry, OH Ivie
3. Do you want to peddle, paddle your kayak or both? Undecided
4. What is your max $ amount for a Yak, Paddle & GOOD Life Vest? $2500 - $3000
5. How will you be transporting your new yak? Pickup with a bed extender
6. When are you looking to buy? Not in a hurry, want to get the right one for me.
7. Do you know how to & where u will store your yak? Hanging from the ceiling in my garage.
8. Where are you thinking of buying? Will have to take a trip. Only Academy has them in Lubbock
9. Have you considered buying used or set on buying new? Either one.
10. How many have you demoed? None at this point. Looking for suggestions.
11. Do you plan on demoing? if so where & when? Yes. Dallas, or Austin
