Well finally got most stuff fixed on new boat the way I wanted it. Finished up getting my transducer the way I wanted it. So me and Tex and his lady friend took off for the lake. Went to lake worth first checked out transducer. Works great at 45 mph reads bottom great. Did not find any fish so really wanted to see what was happening on Eagle Mountain. So we decided to go to Eagle Mountain. Put in at Lake view skinny skinny skinny water. Have a good vechile to get out. But I was able to get in and out with a 1 ton deseial truck. Did not find any fish on the humps or did not see any surfacing action. Did catch about 25 at the inlet. They are pumping a lot of water in but it is just maintaining the level.
Sure was nice to finally get the new boat the way I wanted it and my building all done.
