The stocker catfish have been biting on nightcrawlers between 6 and 8 Am. They will not take anything else, and they quit when the sun comes up.

I caught three this morning and broke two off. The fish are a nice size. That is about par. Saturday it was 4 and I landed them all. Before that it was three and I got them all again. They fight like crazy in the dark.

Now there's a nice meal. It doesn't get much better than pond cats...if you catch 'em in a biting mood.

I have tried scrimp, nightcrawlers, and Chum dough bait. At various times all have worked. They seem to change their minds from day to day. I will try your bait. Check your PM.
