It has been several weeks sense I have been over there but I always use chock-a-block ramp and have not had any issues. The only draw back is that it takes me awhile getting through the stump but stay close to the buoy markers and you should be ok. Not sure about the ramp at La Mancha but you can call them an check.

There's a low level ramp just before you go across the bridge to the dam, but you'll have to get wet because you'll have to walk out quite a little distance to get to your boat once you have un loaded it. We used choc o block last week end and the ramp there was fine. They have marked a route to get through the tree's but just go slow if you don't know the lake. Follow the bouys until you get to the main lake. Good luck.
