Anyone stayed there before? I am getting mixed reviews on it. We are staying there for 4 nights next week during the Media Championship on Toledo Bend.

Try Fin & Feathers. Very clean and nice people there. Also a great restaurant too!

Not sure about the rooms. But I can guarantee you one thing before you can even get out of your truck the owner will have his hand out for his $5 launch fee. A good place to stay is Holly Park and Fin and Feather or just across the bridge at Bridge Bay Resort. That one might be handy for you, its at mid lake, has a ramp, and has a restaurant just across the road thats pretty good. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean. I've stayed there several times.

Check out Alpine they have trailer houses for rent and a motel. Close enough to restaurant's and at the mouth of Paulo Gaucho

If that is the one at the foot of the bridge on the Texas side I would not ever stay there. RUDE owner. Place was so nasty, owner was very nasty. There are plenty other places to stay in the area. I will never stay or use his ramp again. Sorry to be so blunt but I'm being truthful.

Don't stay there. It's a dump. If you keying on mid lake, Bridgebay is your best bet.
