Had impact damage destroy my lower unit. Contacted progressive and immediately had a rep contact me from Lubbock and get things started. The rep went to the mechanic and looked over the lower unit to get repair started with-in 3 days. The agent stayed in contact with me and the service shop to make sure there was no problem or delays. The agent allowed the cost of repair of the prop w/shipping. I was very impressed, that being said it is my first claim on any boat I have owned. Just saying I have confidence in my boat insurance provider. FYI
