I'm going to the big lake Thursday and Friday. Planning on slipping the boat at Catfish Bay for the night and staying in Durant Anybody doing any good from say Washita Point north to Highway 70? Thanks.

we found some east across from Washita point on the east side of Washita river ridgeline around 15 - 20 on ledges.
No big ones though mostly 14 - 17 inches.
I feel more like I do now than I did when I first got here!

Thank's for the info. From what I've read the islands seem to be the place to be right now but that's a long ways to run from Catfish Bay.

Be careful .. if I read this post right, there is submerged concrete under the train bridge south of you .. see this post Texoma Danger Zone
