Just curious as to how some of the others out there run their electronics. Currently I have a Eagle Fisheasy 2 on the trolling motor and a POS Humminbird on the stern. I just purchased a Lowrance X-87 and am trying to decide if I want it on the troling motor and move the Eagle to the back or vice versa. The Lowrance has better resolution and a much larger screen. So... what are your thoughts?

Put it on the console. If your not having trouble finding brush piles or weedlines on your Eagle then leave it where it's at.

I mainly use my bow unit to track depth and to locate brush piles in areas that I'm fishing.I use the console unit to track depth and to locate fish/baitfish as I motor into an area.
