I've got 15 or 20 Revos and one of them the spool speed adjustment knob maxes out but won't actually adjust the spool tension. All the parts are there, is it possible the plastic teeth are worn out?
Anyone else had this problem?

If you have another reel that is the same, switch out the spool and see if it is the same then you can narrow down the problem.

Bet it was the little washer under the cap. Forgot to put one back once and the reel was giving me all kinds of fits, important little buggers.
