BIG BASS pays two places ( $10. per team included in
entry fee) 60% 40% split.
BONUS BUCKS side pot: $25.00 a boat. 100% pay back to the top three teams that are entered: 50% -30% -20%
Boat number assigned at registration
1st flight; Boats 1-30 6am - 3pm
2nd flight; Boats 31-60 6am - 3:15 pm etc..
Registration begins Sept 15, 2014 at TYLER FORD
2626 SSW Loop 323 from 8:30am to 7pm. or you can pay on line with PayPal at fomntt.com on Texas North Central web page, or you can pay at lake Tyler Marina starting at 5am Saturday the 27th.
All anglers who pre-pay before Saturday Sept 27 will be eligible for the door prize drawings after the weigh-in.
RULES
1. Contestants may use any ramp on the lake, but may not leave the ramp until 5:30am. Fishing time begins at 6:am.*
2. All local, state and federal regulations must be strictly adhered to.
3. Life jackets must be worn and kill switch attached to driver anytime the boat is being propelled by the combustion motor.
4. At no time will non-anglers be allowed in the boat during tournament hours. In the event that a boat is disabled, a teams’ catch can be transferred to another tournament boat along with one team member and driven to weigh-in. One angler must stay with the disabled boat.
5. Communication with other anglers during tournament hours with cellular phones, radios etc. for the purpose of sharing information on fishing areas or conditions to gain an advantage over other anglers is prohibited.
6. No more than 5 fish allowed in live well at one time except for culling purposes. Fish must be black bass or spotted bass at least 14 inches in length. Dead fish will be assessed a ¼ lb. Penalty. Short fish will be disallowed and team will be assessed a 1 lb. Penalty. (Dead fish may be kept in boat and taken home as long as the total number of fish in boat is not over the legal possession limit of 5 fish per person.)
7. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol will be allowed at weigh-in or in boat during tournament hours.
8. Anglers may fish with one rod at a time. No live or cut bait will be allowed. No trolling with combustion engine will be allowed.
9. No team may fish within 50 yards of another boat that is anchored with the trolling motor up. No team may fish within 25 yards of another boat without that boats permission. Permission may not be granted to any team at the exclusion of another. No “hole sitting”.
10. All anglers agree to take a Polygraph Test at the weigh-in to be eligible for prize money.
11. Contestants may register at ramp the morning of tournament. (entry fee must be in cash if paying at ramp)
12. Contestants must supply Social Security Number before receiving prize money.
13. Contestants registering online MUST bring a completed entry form to the Tournament Director anytime after 5 am Tournament day at Lake Tyler Marina.
14. Tournament lake is off limits from Monday 9/22 until safe light Friday 9/26.
15. Contestants must be off water by 5 pm on official practice day Friday 9/26.
16. Weigh-in will begin at 3 pm. Trailoring is not allowed. Teams must arrive at weigh-in by boat regardless of ramp used. Teams must have their chip off the weigh-in board according to the time designated for their flight at registration. There will be a 1 lb penalty assessed for each minute late. The late cut-off time is 15 minutes past the teams’ designated weigh-in time. After 15 minutes the teams catch will be disqualified. ** NOTE ** your chip must be off the board by your designated time. However, you do not have to be in line. You may load your boat and then weigh your catch. This will help with congestion at the ramp. Once your chip is off the board you may NOT return to the lake and fish.
17. Flights will be determined by boat number. (30 boat flights) Flight one 3 pm, flight two 3:15 etc.
18. All fish weighed become property of Fishers Of Men and live fish will be returned to the tournament lake. Any dead fish may be kept by the angler and taken home. Do not put dead fish back in the water at the weigh-in site!
19. The tournament director will make all rules interpretations. Protests must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the teams weigh-in. All decisions of the tournament director are final.
