 Minnkota Talon stuck

Can anybody help - my Talon is sticking out about 8 ft. and will not retract. It will not go into the manual retract mode. No motor sounds but the mode lights work.

I had the same issue with 2 different units. I took them back to the dealer and they replaced them.

I took it to an ASC in Houston. MinnKota is shipping a new Talon. Excellent customer service.
