The ones a the bottom 25-30 ft look like LMB to me. When I drop shot thats exactly what I look for.

Looks like you're not moving very fast.. Or less than idle at least. Are you on the TM? Possible bass at 20... Could be gar or cat as well. Another one hugging the bottom on the right side of the screen. Anything that doesn't have yellow showing up in that pic (the blue/red streaks) don't look like bass to me. Possibly a mix of suspended gizzards, yellows or small whites. A single fish randomly suspended over no structure or depth change can be very difficult to catch. Not saying it can't be done, but I'd move along. That's just what I see.. I hope that helps!

TJ 1st thought that came to my mind was some small Barfish(Yellow Bass) running for their lives. Or if was during the Tournament maybe 5-6 Boats casting at the same Fish.

In order to catch Big Fish..Sometimes you gotta Suffer.

The good news--found lots of baitfish without a thermocline. Lake doesn't appear to be turning over.
The bad news--I see only one slightly bigger fish looking active. The biggest fish looks suspended and inactive.

In this scenario, I'd look for a depth change/structure drop off/hump in the vicinity hoping to find more baitfish and more active larger fish.

Took me a while to dig this up, but this is one of the photos that I'm glad I took. It helps to see a target of what you're really looking for....

This has the 3 main ingredients:

-Structure
Notice the depth change. This is off the side of a point with fish activity on structure. More of an ambush point. What I call a high percentage area.

-Bait
The presence of bait will obviously have those bass' attention and they are more prone to being active. A very tightly group of bait like this can be a good indication of them being pinned down. (Again structure can create an ambush point for fish to feed easier.)

-BASS!
Last but not least. Obviously having your target species present is the biggest piece of the puzzle. The arches with yellow in them are largemouth because they are more dense (bigger) therefore, create a harder return on your sonar. There are a couple of big fish BIG fish to the right of the bait ball and more good sized fish in the bottom left hand corner. The blue/red marks scattered out above the bass are other species.

I hope this helps! cheers
