This may be the wrong place to ask but.....We are going to Lake Somerville this weekend. I haven't been there since I was a kid.
Just wondering what we can do fishing wise..... Bass,Crappie, bluegill etc...
We have a place in Port O Connor TX and keep our boat there. So, we fish saltwater.
Not asking for your honey holes just some info on what to fish for and what to use during this time of year.
Fish deep, shallow, lures, live bait etc...
Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
And in return if you ever need info on saltwater and or Port O Connor I would be glad to return the favor.

For catfish look for 3 to 12 foot of water on wind blown points and banks. Use some CJ's punch bait.
Snowflakes and entitled brats will be the doom of America!

Thanks for the reply. We'll have to give it a try.
Hopefully this rain will let up and we'll get a chance to fish a little. If not I guess we can always hang out at the RV and get some R&R.
Thanks again !
