I was just wondering if any of yall could help me out with fishing Lake Bryan by boat. I know its not that big but is there any major areas to watch out for while running? How is the bass fishing this time of year for the bass? They up shallow or staying deep?? Any help is greatly appreciated.
go big or go home.

I work out there, there really isnt anything you have to watch out for, but it is real shallow..... I have been fishing for the past two week and caught one bass about 4 lbs, if you catch any let me know.....

i like east lake at lake bryan there are some shallow flats there and plenty of rip rap.follow the rip rap anytime it changes structure to grass bank cast right there. those bass hold up on the changes in structure I always hang a couple there..fish the two points hard in the channel that connects both lakes..caught a nice 6.5 on them last year and they can stack up there too..
oh ya, any orange rattle trap, or crank is really good this time of year there.. in 1 more month that lake will come alive and i promise i have killed them there during the spawn if i had a scanner id send some nice pics, hopefully soon..good luck and maybe ill see you there sometime. look for old blue ranger with 115 hp merc

work the rocks anytime with a good crankbait and you should catch something. Sometimes after the spawn you can catch the bass schooling in the early mornings and late afternoons on days when the ski boats and jetskis aren't there (which is very seldom!)
