For anyone needing help in getting a day off work from your boss, justifying that new rod/reel purchase and/or in explaining where you were all weekend, this might help.

And if you have time and want a bit of enjoyment, read the comments below the article. smile

Comment section is good reading. Hook 'em and cook 'em he says. Fishing is torture, she says.

Good stuff. Why did the Huffington Post think they could get away with posting a positive article about fishing without its Johnny Lib commenter section getting up in arms?

Nice find there FishAll50, it was an interesting read. Too bad some people just have to throw political jabs out immediately to ruin the mood.

Didn't see a lot of "science" in that article. Lots of undocumented opinion.

Thank you! I used this information to try to convince my boss that I can use sick time to go fishing.

I'm surprised how many people fishing offended ?? iwas ROFLMAO frkazoid . They would hate me and they don't even know me . If i could get a nice 3-5 lb bass in my fry pan at home i would be so tickled to death ! I haven't had a good fried bass in 25 yrs frown . I've never tasted a better fried bass than what my mom use to cook . Bass and Hushpuppies , that's all i needed !
