Looks you were chunking lizards and not pitching into the shaded structure.
What color zoom lizard? I like pumpkin chartreuse on JP.
Couple of good ones for sure.

Thanks everyone. These fish came from the Walnut Creek area and both hit a Zoom tomato (red) lizard. I've also had good results with a Big Bite Baits Texas red/green pumpkin lizard. In my experience, some form of a red soft plastic works in the stained water on this section of Joe Pool.

believe it or not i was at lynn creek last month and saw a guy catch a 8.11 off of bred while fishing for carp. We both thought he had hooked up with another small carp until we seen it come up and jump lol then thats when things got serious. Nice video!
