Wish y'all picked Sat. I can't make GrapeVine by 7 on a work day. If you take late entries I'm in - probally be there at 8 pm. I'll pitch $40 total and only take bragging rights if I Win.

It looks like you are doing a good thing, but I think you need to provide a few more details. I think you can even get some sponsors to donate some prizes if they know a little bit more about the cause that I you are donating for. I looked at your other post and the link you posted is not a valid link.
I would seek out permission from your friend to release a little more information about her. Her age, condition, and perhaps a picture. There are a lot of good people here that will be happy to help you out.
If you send me a PM I will give you some suggestions of some people to seek some prize donations from. I don't want to name them in this post because they shouldn't be pressured into donating. I believe that you can get enough prizes that you can justify a $20 entry fee and $10 big fish and donate all of the entry fees to the little girl's cause.
I can also suggest a few businesses that will be glad to put out a flyer for your tournament.
Please note that my suggestions are just suggestions.... So feel free to take them or leave them.

"Please help us raise money for our sweet baby girl. Aurora was born with a condition known as VATERS/VACTERYL. She was born with an imperforate anus, double hip dysplasia, VSD, one kindey, a neurogenic bladder, and a tethered spine. She had her first surgery when she was only a day old to place a colostomy bag, and her second surgery 4 months later to create an anal opening and she still has more surgeries to come. Aurora had her most recent surgery on August 11th to correct her tethered spine, three days later she had to have the surgery re-done due to some complications. The surgeons are pesimistic that she will ever have full mobility but we see her grow each day and have high hopes that she will surprise everyone and be able to walk and run and play one day. Unfortunatley due to medical expences our bills out weigh our income and we will soon stop receiving medical supplies (catheters and colostomy bags) which our daughter depends on. With the amount that we owe to the suppliers on top of the cost of this life saving surgery our exspences are pilled too high to manage. Please help us give our daughter the healthy life she deserves, Thank you for your contribution. "
