you will get more distance by storing in a diagonal position, a lot of people do that.

Never could fit my 18'3" ZX 180 in less than 25' without jack plate. Swing away tongue will help some my trailer does not have this feature. Simple math would be 18 +1+2= 21' boat 18 jack 1 motor at least 2 with tramsom saver on more. Tape measure would tell the story. A 17 would be tight a 16 would give you room both with swing away tongue.

I believe you will have to check the specific boat, but parked straight in, I would say an 18'0" boat with a swingaway tongue trailer will be your limit.

My Tracker PT 190 (18.6) from tongue to prop is 25+ feet. I have the swingaway tongue and I still have to park it caddy wompas in my full size two car garage. Our toys take up more room than you think.

Like most are saying, you need the distance from the tip of the tongue to the prop when it is down.

I know of a couple of boats in the 17' range that will fit Nitro Z-6 and triton 176. I have heard that there are a few others that will fit and just want to know if anyone has personal experience with any 18' that will fit.

Toys are a LOT longer than one thinks. My 24' boat on the trailer in tow configuration is over 30' long.

I have a 17' Skeeter that fits in a standard 2-car garage at an angle. I have enough clearance on either end that I would feel comfortable with an 18' or maybe a 19' w/breakaway.
