This tournament is in honor of and is a fundraiser for our DFD brother Jeff Patterson and his family. Jeff was badly burned several months ago in a house fire while serving his community.
During Jeff's arduous fight to recover, his family was dealt another blow and we need to help them.
No one circles the wagons around our own like the Dallas Fire Department when a brother is in need.
Now w...e are reaching out to involve not only Jeff's peers, but also the community. Everyone is invited to fish and all entry fees will be donated to the cause.
We are also searching for donations and prizes to give to the winners of the tournament. Please use this page to make a much-appreciated donation and also to make plans to attend.
In the coming weeks I'll post the rules of the tournament. It will be a great day of fellowship for a fantastic cause. I hope you'll all make plans to attend or make a donation.
Bring your kayaks, boats, canoes, and float tubes. If you don't have a boat, use this page to find a back seat or rent a boat for the day.
