Took the wife and kid to catch some trout. Trip was great, and my girls loved it. Here are some pics of a few of the brown trout I caught. 26inch    We caught well over a 100 fish with all the rainbows and my little girl reeled in a cutthroat... Cool looking fish

When I got back from Viet Nam in 70 my Dad took me to Bull Shoals for a week. One day we got a guide and floated the White River below the dam. It was one of the most beautiful days of my life. Great scenery, great fishing, and very relaxing. Had a fresh caught trout lunch cooked on a sandbar. I still remember it like it was yesterday.

so where was your fishing area?

My favorite spots on the White are Three Chutes, The Narrows, Hurst, Roundhouse Shoal, and Rim Shoals.

We go twice a year and are amazed by the fish and scenery each trip. We stay up by the Norfork dam
