I agree Alan. With the exception of an occasional sit-up, I haven't worked out a day in my life........Staying active makes all the difference in the world to me! Now, if I could only eat right...........

People spend a lot of money on pills, and some on the gym membership, and both physical, and mental therapy treatment, but for me it's all wrapped up into one package, the kayak. It's cheaper in the long run, and you get a bonus when you catch the fish to eat which are better for your health. That's what I tell my wife, that I need to go at least once a week, sometimes more.
Just one more cast!

I went out yesterday morning to an area I hadn't been before. Not even a jon boat could have gotten into one area. The lake was laying flat with hardly a ripple, trees all around, the sun coming up and the bass feeding on the top. As I came around a bend momma and daddy hog was down with about 6 kids getting a drink, they never heard me coming. Deer walking long the bank. The fishing sucked but the trip was worth it.
My personal best is still swimming out there just getting bigger. One of these days I will quit feeding it.

I agree 100% with you guys. The stuff you get to see and experience in a yak is awesome!

Totally agree. Fishing or not , kayaking is an awesome experience mentally and physically.
