I'm going to need a boat captain for Lake Palestine for September 13th for me and my partner we are from Wills point high school captains can fish and they must have boat insurance.. I know we are asking to much but we are to high school kids that love to bass fish pm me if y'all have any questions thanks my name is William Curtis
