I know some people have a fear of snakes, but I don't think I've ever heard of someone leaving their kayak behind because of it... http://dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/spo/4638735677.htmlMaybe someone can help

I would suggest checking with the Corps of Engineers Lake Lavon office.

I don't think that person should be allowed to own a kayak. I think they are more suited for a purse or some high heels maybe...

I would agree with you , but then we would both be WRONG !!!!!

I doubt whether s/he will get the kayak returned. The snakes don't read Craigslist.

true story; a guy gave me a 16 foot bass tracker boat, motor, and trailer if I would get it out of his boathouse. He said it was "infested" with water moccasins and he wanted it out of his boathouse so he could put his new boat in the stall. I loaded it on a trailer; encountered no water moccasins; drove away with a nice boat; no snakes were ever found, although some skins were visible, which he assumed meant snakes were inside. I sold the rig for a nice profit.....and yes jerry;under certain situations sundresses are a possibility; however pumps would be preferred to heels -p-

To me it seems he's trying to find a SOT kayak for $100 rather than the one he lost. No one would leave their kayak on a bank and come back over 24 hrs. later for it, expecting it to be there. Sounds like a snake in the grass... pardon the pun.
