I don't like a standard tandem rig on the boat, sure wouldn't like that!! I am too accident prone!!!

here is a tip...dont put two baits side by side just inches apart, it would be better to have the two hooks at different depths...sometimes catfish are suspended above the bottom and baits that are up a little higher often get bit! that said, in my personal experience you dont catch any more catfish on a two hook rig than you do on a one hook rig, you just use up your bait faster, and lose more tackle faster if you snag it up and have to break it off!

Double hook 6 inch or bigger baits

you had a vision of something and went thru the work to make it so give it a shot and let us know, it might just be the next big secret, many years ago when I fished for that little green trash fish somebody created a bait called the Alabama rig and everyone thought it was crazy, now just about every bass fisherman has one in there tackle.

I use a rig something like that at the coast for trout.
I use live bait. When you catch a double it,s a blast.
Put it to the test.You don,t know till you check it out.
