Theres no worries here about the mudhole canals are still on fire. ive got this place stoked out come Saturday.

That makes 2 of us!!! It may change up a few things but I prefer muddy over clear anytime.

Well my attempt to pre fish Sunday ended up an udder failure. 30% chance of rain checking the weather the night before turned into 100% with lots of heavy downpours right on the park. Got to see Jody catch a few before it got really bad. Im still going into this thing pretty much blind. And man Paul. For someone that has blanked not ONCE but TWICE at this place on tournament day you sure are getting a little cocky. Maybe keeping your mouth closed until tournament day will help you this go round? Or just keep doing what you been doing and im sure you will be fine!....

Jody Im thinking this will be a 15-20 person tournament. Few guys from the west will be fishing plus all the east guys. Should be a nice turnout!

I was thinking the same thing. Also was looking at the impressive number of people on bassgrabbers.com who tried this out this year. I hope some of them come out for a second time.

You know today is hump day......three more days to Saturday....I think jody says theres a frog pattern out at TJ PARK....LOL.....Well 15 to 20 guys guess someone will be casting next to my line.....Let the games start.....

Yes Paul we have all "seen" and "heard" about what you can do out there. Unfortunately none of this has happened on tournament day.

You know it makes me smile every time you talk about how easily you catch fish there, etc. etc. Never in my 3 years of fishing this trail have I seen someone talk so much [censored] about one spot and then do so terrible each time on tournament day. It's quite funny! Now perhaps the saying "3rd times the charm" will work in your favor this go round. Since this will be the 3rd tournament we have held at this location. And you can also feel good in knowing that if you do beat me you will be beating someone fishing the canals for ONLY his 3rd time! So maybe 3rd time is my charm too? We shall see. The good news for me is I have some insiders information from a gentleman that used to live in the apartments right besides the canals and fished them every day. He has given me several pointers and what I believe is a fairly solid gameplan. Again we shall see. Just looking forward to seeing everyone and getting a line wet personally!

NATHAN---ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ((((((CHANDLER)))))) AS YOUR INSIDER INFO.....IF SO HIM AND ME FISH TOGETHER NUMBER OF TIMES....sO I WILL KNOW THE PATTERN YOU ARE fishing.....ha---ha....This tournament looks its going to get SERIOus.....lol
