Nice laminated colors, cheaper than Robo and hold up well. Still very soft, but has a "skin" on the outside that makes it more durable.

Hard to explain. But you'll see what I'm talking about.

Tackle Warehouse has them for less than $3.

Here ya go.

Thanks, Rog. I'm about to make another order and I'll pick up a few packs of these. Looks like they have quite a few colors (11) and some are the same as the Robos.

The Bold Gill chartreuse tail is good. Also try tilapia magic.

I nose hook too. Usually fishing around brush. The owner camo wacky hooks work well and don't sling as many worms. I've tried Diachi, gammie , vmc, you name it. The Owners seem to hold the worm better.

Bigger barb may be the reason.

Unless it's a Kentucky. Those lil suckers sling em off every time.

Robos are one of my 3 or 4 "go-to" plastics. $4 a pack is pretty standard. At least it's cheaper than Yamamotos. . .

Something that has made mine last more than 1 fish - I've quit using drop shot hooks. I just use a 1/0 gammy light wire worm shank hook. It makes the rig more weedless too.

I usually buy about $20 worth at a time and put them all in a ziplock so I can get some Kickin Bass soaking on them. $20 will last a few weeks usually.

Try the 6 inch "Fat" worm from Robo. Same worm just a little thicker and you can get a few more fish out of every worm

Don't forget about us local guys as well. We hand pour every single one and our color selection is unmatched. You can buy directly from us or pick them up at Angler's Pro Tackle on Rufe Snow.

Big daddy Joe can make some worms.... I still have some of his old stuff from western plastics back in the 80's... Maybe he can autograph the package for me?
