I have two gift cards for $40, one for Cabelas, one for Academy. I already own a Mettle 2 and absolutely love it. I would have no hesitation to get a second, i was just wondering if anybody has used the Cabelas Tournament ZX and how it compares to the Mettle. Couldn't find a whole lot about the Cabelas reels on the internet.

Aren't those the higher end H2O reels? Whats the sale price usually at on those?

I had a mystic. It was OK I also bought it on sale. Had the same thumb bar issue Ive had on all my other h20 reels. Cant really say that Im hard on thumb bars since I ahve had no issues with any Daiwa or Lew's I have ever owned (even Abu Garcia) but every h20 reel I have ever owned the thumb bar would strat screwing up and I would have to manually push it up to engage the reel. Must be getting the only lemons out there or something lol
