Just purchased an hds7 g2 and noticed that on my local lake, there are waypoints/markers. When clicked, they give a little info on how to fish that area and what species is there. Where does this info come from?

Another question, I have the navionics app on my iPhone and have a few waypoints saved. Is there an easy way to transfer those to my unit or do I just need to input the gps cords?
