Is anyone else having issues with parasites and worms in the reds. And what causes them to have parasites. And when will they stop having them

You can take a round toothpick and stab'em in the head and the whole worm will pull out with ease.

... I do the same thing if there are any in my trout filets.

Those are the ones you see. Plenty of tiny ones you can't see. All fish have them and they won't hurt you. Pick out the big ones and cook the rest.

They've always been there and always will be. Pick out the ones you can see, cook the fish and don't worry about it.
