Well cooper did not dissapoint for my first trip there! Thanks to all the above who gave me some clues as to what to do a where to go. Didn't get into any schooling or fish busting the surface in the early am. It was windy and rough out there from sun up till 12. Finally found some fish on one of the thousand humps on that lake! it was game on from 9 till 1. I would periodically leave and check new humps and ridges in search of the bigger fish.
Caught way too may hybrids to count, good healthy population of them in that there lake. Loooooots of unders. All fish today were released to be caught by the Hubbard gang tomorrow! Good luck guys!

How did you do? I heard Cooper is really slow right now and the fish are looking under fed.

Yeah when they feed on lead they stay slim, so we release all, but a few to stink the grease, cuz we all be skinny too
