wife bought me a guided trip with Mark Pack today, and what a day. While I did not catch a 10lb fish today. I witnessed Mr. Pack Catch a 10.5, 8, 9.25, 10.25 and another 10.25. It was a FREAKING SHOW! While my best 5 could only go 30 lbs, I was literally in disbelief.
It was a great day Mr. Pack. Thanks for the MPACK Jigs, you convinced me.
I'll post some pics when I get back in town. Heading back out tomorrow to sore lip your fish.

Say what? Your GUIDE caught ALL the big fish, including three DD's, and you're praising him? Sounds like you got front-ended in the worst of ways!

I'm guessing you were learning a new 'technique', got on a wolf pack and, while enjoying the bite, sat back and invited/observed Pack kik some bazz. THAT 10-20 minutes is more valuable than 10-20 days on your own.

Great write up about a phenomenal trip. Thanks for sharing.

Great day David! We fished Fork Sun and Mon and it was tough! I think we saw Mark fishing deep!

He's an offshore wizard!

I've only been on two guide trips in my life, both last year. One was with Mr. Pack and though we didn't catch much (middle of winter) it was one of the best learning experiences I've had.....and he's a funny guy. Reminds my of my uncle back in Idaho!

Glad you had a good trip, sounds like a once in a lifetime experience! Good way to spend your "over the hill" bday haha. bolt

When is Mark not fishing "deep"? Dude catches them 20+ when the rest of us are looking at 'em.

I predict a 25' Premier Packman PowerPole Super Pro no later than 2080. '81 latest.
