It isn't big, wasn't a prize winning fight but it was my first from a kayak and first on a rope lure. Only one that would take it but made the trip worth it to know you can catch something on a piece of rope. Now just have to figure out how to find them on the lower Guadalupe. They seem to be everywhere and nowhere when I want to catch them. 
My personal best is still swimming out there just getting bigger. One of these days I will quit feeding it.
