Headed down to Port O this weekend with the kids. Any suggestion on where to fish so the kids can get some action? Wade fishing and from the boat inshore.
Also we are borrowing a boat from my brother in law. Not sure about it. If I get down there and it doesn't run or something keeps me from being able to use it, is there a boat rental place down there? Or some way to get to the wade fishing.
Thanks in advance!

I think I would make sure bro-in-law boat was in good working order before I drag it all the way to POC. There is a nice uncrowded lighted pier there the kids might like . You do need a boat to get to most good wading spots. You might call the marinas there to help you with finding rental boats.

I don't know the age of your kids but... You could wade Boggy and the bay in front of Boggy. It's very easy to access by car or pickup.
