Hit a submerged tree in inks lake sheered the prop off. It sunk to the bottom of the lake. It looks like the connecting shaft is gone only the coupling is left. What kind of cost am I facing?

Call your insurance company and file a claim. They will cover all but your deductible.

That depends entirely on whether or not you have insurance. If you do, probably just a deductible. If you do not, then get ready....
